Blog SLACKER

So alots been going on latley i have tried a few times to update unsucessfully!! so this will be a catchup blog!!

Dance

in May Addison had her first dance recital!! she had such a good time getting to put on make-up just like her Mommy! ha (since i wear it so often..sike) She sat REALLY still while i applied the make-up and curled her hair!! she was absoluley the cutest!! Althought she new her routine she only decided to do the moves that she wanted to do!! ha just like Addi always hard headed and only going to do what she wants to do!! She had lots of guest on both rehearsal night and recital day!! She is so sad that her "Tap Dance" is over but was very excited to hear that Mrs. Buckey (Becky) would be teaching her swimming lessons in two weeks!!!

Swimming Lessons

No Addi was so excited about going..... until we arrived!! haha she is afraid of water just like always!! She screamed on the first day and walked away with her LuLu and that made things a little better!! As the week went on we found a few tricks that made the transition to lessons a little easier!! she got special suprises on the days that she did not cry!! i am pleased to say that my child now puts her head under water for 5 seconds!! she kicks and moves her arms and hold her breath to go under water!! although she is not fully over her fear of water she has made a HUGE improvement!! Pictures are soon to come! my camera is in my car in tyler! :( but she did so good at her showing on Friday!! i am so proud of her and her MANY accomplishments!

Potty Training or sould i say potty TRAINED!!!!

we have been being very serious about this during the last month! Addi was out of school for a week and a half while the school was closed for summer vacation and with the help of Leslie her babysitter we got rid of the DIAPERS!!! yay the only time that she wears them is during nap and night night!!! she is doing awesome she come and tells you when it is time and all!! we even went on a trip to Longview without a accident and most recently a trip to tyler!! i think she may actually have the potty mastered!! She has been back at schcoo for the past week and still doing awesome at shcool she has had only one accident!! yay for Addi!!

Vacation

Addison and I had a vacation with the Watts family planned for June 28 - July 3! Which we were VERY excited about. we have recentley had to postponed the vacation due to a illness in the watts family! but we are looking forward to it being rescheduled!!

Fish

we hazve recently added three new fishes to our tank!! Addi has named the Nemo 1 and Nemo 2 and the sucker fishes names are Mommy 1 and Mommy 2~ she is so creatative i know!!

Daddy

Addison continues to have nightly phone calls from her Daddy! She really misses him alot! she loves this time of the night and gets really excited about it every night!

Grandma Jo and Poppey

My moms parents came in for my sisters graduation! Addison instantly fell in love with them! she loves her GG and Poppey and was sad to see her friends go! Grandma Jo and Poppey really loved getting to spend time with Addi and see how she has grown!! We love and Miss them so muich!!

We miss you all and hope you all are doing well! HOpefullly i will be better about blog updating than i have been lately!!
